 If you want to have a good retirement, you have to to figure out what that means to you. Set goals and manage your lifestyle in retirement impacts your health, wealth and happiness. HAVE A MEANING FUL LIFE;

A meaningful life lessens the effects of aging. In fact people with a sense of purpose had a lower risk of death, compared to those who said they were more or less aimless. And it didn't seem to matter when people found their direction. So the study found that a sense of purpose led to a longer life.

Most of people have lived their lives day to day ,month to month and year to year. However retirement is the time to best plan possible .You  want to spend time of your life doing what you want to do. So you want to make sure that you have finance and  time to achieve what is important. 

HEALTH IS IMPORTENT,NOT WEALTH

Health is a important ingredient for a happy retirement. The best retirement plan involves not just your finance but also ways to stay mentally and physically healthy, Walking joining a gym, ,eating healthy are all proven ways to stay physically healthy. For maintaining mental health having purpose and challenging your self great ways to staying menially fit too.
Further walking in a park is more good then walking (trudging)on a treadmill. Go for mini hikes,, listen good music .Bring a friend along and talk and laugh and enjoy your exercise rather doing it for exercise only, this will control your eating habit too.
So when you retire you are faced with days and evenings at your leisure. While you may find this novel and exciting, you may want to define some specific routines to maintain order and structure.



THINK POSITIVELY ABOUT AGE;

Growing old is not a natural part of life but rather a disease that needs a cure. Everyone does need to die at some point, but we can double our life expectancy and live health lives when we think positive about our age .Be social as loneliness in old age may increase death chances by 12 percent. You  need people you can rely on emotionally and for real life help.

DO SOMETHING AMAZING,IT IS NOT TOO LATE;

Ana at last but not the least walking away from the 9-to-5 opens up a world of opportunity for you. You can do anything and become anything that you you want. There have been many notable accomplishments and amazing feats by people well into their 60,70.
Retirement does not need to be about retiring from the world.
